Rachael’s journey towards teaching Pilates began as a classically trained dancer. Her training as a professional dancer gave her the foundation to understand the biomechanics of how the body works through movement and lifestyle. Through injury she discovered Pilates and has been an advocate for this exercise for many years.
Rachael trained with Stott Pilates for both mat and reformer and has been teaching for over 10 years in both private and group settings.

Rachael is a great teacher, she clearly demonstrates each exercise and explains the muscle group we are working on.
