Physiofit Stamford is the newest addition to the Physiofit family with the primary site located in Horsforth, Leeds. After working for Physiofit Leeds since 2015, Emily Thornham decided to move closer to her family in Stamford in 2023 and thus, alongside Jenny Heron, set up a Satellite clinic in Easton on the Hill, Stamford. Jenny remains in Leeds whilst Emily is based in Stamford. Physiofit strives to offer high quality physiotherapy treatment complemented by Pilates sessions delivered by well qualified instructors.

Physiofit Chartered Physiotherapists offer professional assessment, treatment and rehabilitation of a range of injuries and conditions. With links to the practise in Leeds, Physiofit Physiotherapists have links with specialists to provide a holistic approach to treatment for each individual. All our physiotherapists are registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

Physiofit Pilates instructors offer small and large group Pilates classes, 1:1, 1:2 and 1:3 sessions on both the reformer and the mat. All studio only Pilates classes and private sessions are physiotherapist led or led by highly qualified Pilates instructors under the guidance of a physiotherapist. Our remote classes are delivered by both physiotherapists and Pilates instructors all having trained either with APPI (Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute) or Modern Pilates.

Working alongside Physiofit Leeds, Physiofit Stamford has a programme of in service training for staff, and practitioners continue their own professional development with external courses, regular peer review and reflective practise. The modern and newly refurbished facilities include a large Pilates studio, physiotherapy treatment room and 4 reformers with disabled access and car parking available.
