Pilates Courses
Physiofit run all the classes as courses and time them to coincide with the Lincolnshire County Council school half term blocks. They are usually 6-8 weeks long. After each course some classes may still run during the half term that can be paid for ad-hoc rather than part of the course. The classes are progressive so we prefer people to start at the beginning of a course.
We offer a mixture of studio only classes, remote only classes (via Zoom) and combined remote/studio classes. All our zoom and combined classes are taught from our site in Leeds. The class format is noted on the timetable. All studio only Pilates classes are physiotherapist led or led by highly qualified Pilates instructors under the guidance of a physiotherapist. Our remote classes are delivered by both physiotherapists and Pilates instructors all having trained either with APPI (Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute) or Modern Pilates.
